Nobody walks in without the tenant saying yes

Reception takes the visitor’s photo; the tenant gets a full-screen request on their phone and approves or rejects it. Unanswered requests expire after five minutes, and every entry is logged.

Complaints work the same way — raised with a photo, tracked through to resolved, and rated by the tenant.

You control it

Switch sections of the tenant app on or off for each property, so it fits how your PG runs.

Tenant app questions

Will my tenants install the app?

They can — it's where they pay, raise complaints and approve visitors. But nothing depends on it: invoices, reminders and the signed agreement also reach them on WhatsApp.

How do tenants pay?

They open the app and tap Pay. Their UPI app opens with the amount already filled in (or they use your bank details or pay cash). They upload the screenshot and UTR, and you approve it with one tap.
