How it works

Five steps, mostly done by the tenant

    Pick a bed

    Enter rent, deposit, notice period, lock-in and move-in date.

  2. 2

    Send the invite

    On WhatsApp, or share the link yourself. The bed is held while they finish.

  3. 3

    Tenant fills in

    Their details and ID, then reads and signs the agreement.

  4. 4

    You review

    Approve, reject or cancel.

  5. 5

    Move in

    The first invoice is created for rent and deposit.

Your agreement, your wording

Your clauses, your wording. PG Nexon fills in the names, rent (even in words), deposit, notice and lock-in. Each agreement remembers which version it used.

  • Edit the template and add your own clauses
  • Signed copy stored as a PDF and sent on WhatsApp
  • Gender-aware room filter when picking a bed
  • The bed is released automatically if the invite expires
  • Room transfer creates a new agreement version
  • Existing residents can be imported and sign later in the app

What it doesn’t do (yet)

  • It's a drawn signature on the phone, stored as a PDF — not an Aadhaar eSign. Check stamp-duty requirements for your state with your lawyer.

FAQ

Move-in questions

Can I use my own agreement?

Yes. Edit the template, add your own clauses, and PG Nexon fills in the names, rent (even in words), deposit, notice period and lock-in. The tenant signs on their phone and gets the PDF on WhatsApp.

Is it an Aadhaar eSign?

No. It's a drawn signature on the phone, stored with the agreement as a PDF. Check with your lawyer about stamp duty and agreement requirements in your state.

Will my tenants install the app?

They can — it's where they pay, raise complaints and approve visitors. But nothing depends on it: invoices, reminders and the signed agreement also reach them on WhatsApp.
