Upgrade starts today
The new features switch on immediately, and you pay the new rate only from that day.
Downgrade on the 1st
It takes effect at the start of next month, so nothing you paid for is cut short.
Your data stays
Going down a plan hides features — it never deletes a tenant, a payment or a document.
