Yes — the screens are the same for one property or fifty, and you pay only for beds that are occupied (from ₹35 per occupied bed per month). Tell us your bed count on WhatsApp and we'll give you the exact monthly figure before you decide.

They open the app and tap Pay. Their UPI app opens with the amount already filled in (or they use your bank details or pay cash). They upload the screenshot and UTR, and you approve it with one tap.

No. Rent goes straight to your own UPI, bank or cash account — PG Nexon doesn't process it or hold it. That also means you approve each payment yourself; auto-debit isn't available yet.

Yes. Once you set a minimum amount for a property, a WhatsApp reminder goes out every day to tenants whose pending balance is above it. You can also send one yourself with a tap.

Set a grace period and, if you want one, a late fee — fixed or a percentage, with a cap. It's added as a separate invoice so the original bill stays clean.

You can set one GST rate per property, and your GSTIN appears on the invoice. Check the right rate for your PG with your CA.

Fill our Excel template with your residents — room, bed, rent, deposit, join date and any dues — and upload it. They're on the system with their balances. Meter readings can be imported the same way.

Most of the work is entering your property once. You can create rooms and beds in bulk, import residents from Excel, and set your rent rules — and we'll go through it with you on the demo call.

No. Choose monthly or weekly cycles, a due date on the joining anniversary or a fixed date, a grace period and an optional late fee — PG Nexon follows your rules.

They can — it's where they pay, raise complaints and approve visitors. But nothing depends on it: invoices, reminders and the signed agreement also reach them on WhatsApp.

Each person sees only what their role allows — reception sees visitors, accounts sees payments. Less to learn, and nothing they shouldn't see.

Yes. Payment accounts and the cash view are owner-only, and you decide which payment screens each role can open.

Yes. Edit the template, add your own clauses, and PG Nexon fills in the names, rent (even in words), deposit, notice period and lock-in. The tenant signs on their phone and gets the PDF on WhatsApp.

No. It's a drawn signature on the phone, stored with the agreement as a PDF. Check with your lawyer about stamp duty and agreement requirements in your state.

Before giving notice, tenants see their notice period, lock-in and an estimate of what's likely to be refunded. At move-out you review dues, add deductions with a reason for each, decide the refund and mark it paid. The tenant sees the same itemised list.

Login is by OTP. You decide each staff member's role and which properties they can open, and money screens can be kept owner-only. Tenants only ever see their own stay.

Two plans, both billed per occupied bed per month: Alpha at ₹35 covers billing, collection, tenants and rooms; Alpha Plus at ₹49 adds expenses, payroll, Excel reports, meals, visitors, complaints and more. Empty beds are free.

After each billing month closes, based on the days each bed was occupied — a bed occupied for half the month counts as half. Your first invoice comes only after your first month ends.
