Electricity and deposits, without arguments
Electricity: enter the meter reading. PG Nexon splits the units among the tenants who were in the room and shows each person’s share on their bill. Readings are taken when someone moves in or out, so nobody pays for days they weren’t there.
Deposits: before a tenant even requests to leave, they see the notice period, lock-in, and what’s likely to be refunded. At move-out, every deduction is listed with a reason — and the refund is tracked until it’s paid.
Electricity uses a fixed rate per unit. You decide the refund — PG Nexon keeps the record clear.
