Reports

Five reports, one Excel file each

Tenants, finance, occupancy, operations and electricity — each a single workbook with a sheet for every view. Pick one property or all of them, add a date range, and download.

How it works

From question to spreadsheet in four taps

  1. 1

    Pick a report

Tenants, finance, occupancy, operations or electricity.

  2. 2

    Choose properties

One, several, or every property you may export.

  3. 3

    Add dates if you need

Optional — or leave it open for everything.

  4. 4

    Download

One Excel file, sheets already filtered and totalled.

What each workbook holds

Fewer files to open, with the numbers that belong together on the same page.

  • Tenants — room, bed, rent, deposit paid and pending, agreement status and KYC status in one row
  • Finance — month-wise profit and loss, every payment, what tenants still owe, and every expense
  • Occupancy — every bed right now: occupied, vacant, reserved or blocked
  • Operations — complaints with resolution time, the visitors log, and every in and out
  • Electricity — room-wise meter usage and bill, and how it was split between tenants
  • Money from tenants who have since moved out stays in finance, so totals always match
  • ID numbers are never exported — only whether KYC is done
  • Staff see only the properties they have been given access to export

What it doesn’t do (yet)

  • Reports download as Excel files — there are no scheduled emails or PDF exports yet.

Know what they owe before you approve

Open any payment and the tenant's total outstanding sits right beside the proof, so you can see in one glance whether this payment clears the account.

  • Total outstanding across every open invoice
  • Any unpaid deposit is called out separately
  • Shown to staff who can view billing
